							I reached to Luciana for some professional headshots. We set up an initial phone contact and she called me precisely when we agreed. She was extremely easy to talk to, and laid out very clearly the services she offered and what to expect. We set up a date and time for the shoot and she sent me some suggestions for what to wear and how to prepare. She even came in at a time when she's not normally open to accommodate my schedule, which was a huge help. On the day of the shoot I arrived a little early and Luciana was already set up and ready to go. Her studio was easy to find and, despite it being a hot day outside, quite comfortable. I brought along a few different shirts and she graciously worked with different backgrounds and angles to make me look my best. She took a TON of pictures, from which she selected a few dozen and then sent me those to select my final image from. She also offered a reshoot if I didn't like any of them, but it wasn't necessary. I am very pleased with the result, which is saying a lot considering that I do NOT normally photograph well. She was great to work with, and I'll use her again. She also does family photos, couples photos, and other services that I might look into in the future.
