The sweet spot: 30 to 34 weeks
We recommend planning your session between weeks 30–34 of pregnancy. At this stage, your bump is round and beautiful—and you’re still feeling comfortable enough to move and enjoy the process. For those carrying multiples or on bed rest, it is advised to have your session a bit earlier, more like 6-7 months.
